Sealcoating

Seal coating is the most cost-effective way to extend the life of your asphalt surface. It creates a protective barrier against the elements that break down asphalt over time: UV radiation, water infiltration, automotive fluids, and the constant heat, rain, and UV exposure that Florida is known for.

Original Asphalt uses commercial-grade coal tar or asphalt emulsion sealers, applied at the proper thickness and coverage rate for maximum protection. We don't water down our product or rush the application. Every job gets proper preparation, two coats where needed, and adequate cure time.
